: (1) Since it is inconvenient to hold the general meeting of the organization with the number of members mentioned in sub-section (5) of section 40 of the Act, the committee may call the general meeting to discuss the same agenda fixed for the general meeting. (2) In the general meeting called according to sub-rule (1) in the presence of the directors and the members of the accounting supervision committee, in the presence of the majority members in the unit as per sub-rule (5), the same agenda fixed for such general meeting shall be discussed and at least the final decision of the general meeting shall be verified according to the decision of the majority members. The number of representatives mentioned should be chosen.
(3) The representatives selected according to sub-rule (2) can verify the final decision of the general meeting.
(4) According to sub-rule (3) in relation to verifying the final decision of the general meeting, if there is no consensus among the selected representatives, it will be according to the decision made by the majority of the representatives present.
(5) The meeting of the general meeting held in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be held as follows:-
(a) Dividing the scope of the organization into different units based on the number of members,
(b) Determining the number of representatives based on the number of members in the respective unit,
(c) electing representatives based on the determined number, and (d) similar to the general meeting: discussion among the members in the unit on the work list and the opinion of the members in the unit will be represented by the selected representative.
(6) Other arrangements regarding participation in the meeting of the general meeting held in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be in accordance with the provisions in the regulations.
